- Born & Raised in Sullivan, IL. Majored in Business while attending LakeLand College. My career moved me to Family Circle Magazine as an In-plant Rep. at the R.R.Donnelley plant. I met Jim Rachunok who also worked for FC. We married in 1974 & have 3 children; Jason, Travis & Tara. Jim took a position at World Color Press as Traffic Mgr. & moved to Effingham, IL. From there promotions took us to Arcata Graphics- Nashville & also to Thomaston, GA. Our love was TN so we moved to Clarksville. I found myself working for APSU in various offices including Assistant to the Dean, Records & Registration. Jim was killed in an auto accident Dec. of 1992. We stayed in TN & I was offered a position as Executive Assist. w/Averitte Lumber Co., then to a Sales Position with the Better Business Bureau, where I received the Better Business Bureau Community Ambassador Award. I met Richard Schillo & married in 2004. Richard, was active duty military & pilot. I have been helping families buy & sell real estate for the past 10 years!
